FST will hear complaints filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) would hear complaints of the employees of the Federal Board of Revenue on Thursday.

The cases to heard by the benches included complaints regarding ‘seniority’, ‘promotion’ and ‘special allowances.’

An FST bench comprising Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed would hear majority cases filed by Gulzar Shah, M Arshad Hilali, Syed Rameezuddin Qadri, Muhammad Naeem, Faizullah Khan, Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, Saleem Ismail Kiyani, Sarwar Hussain Qadri, Zulfikar Ahmad Dilshad, Muhammad Riaz, Muhammad Asif, Muhammad Ashraf Sail and Umer Khatab.

Gulzar Shah had filed a case regarding ‘counting of previous service’; Muhammad Arshad Hilali complained against not-granted seniority and rest of appellants had asked the tribunal to ensure provision of special allowances.

Meanwhile, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Muhammad Arshad Bahtti would hear Mazhar Iqbal’s ‘antedation promotion’ case. Another bench would hear Shafqat Mahmud’s promotion and Khalid Mehmood’s seniority matter.
