FST will hear cases filed by employees of FBR today

ISLAMABAD: Federal Service Tribunal’s Member Technical, Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed will hear complaints carrying matters of ‘seniority’ ‘promotion’ and ‘protection of salary’ on Tuesday (today).

Ab FST division bench would take on hearing of Shafqat Mahmud’s appeal on ‘promotion’, Khalid Mehmood’s complaint on ‘seniority’ and Nawab Khan’s appeal on ‘protection of salary’.

The bench would also hear Inamul Haque’ appeal on ‘implementation’-the matter pending for decision since 2009,  Ejaz Ahmed Bajwa’ appeal on ‘restoration of appeal’; Ghulafm Ishaq Kiyani’s appeal on ‘withholding of two annual increments’ and Attaur Rehman’s compliant on regarding withholding of allowance.

All of these cases had been filed against FBR and in the most cases the department had not filed objections yet.
