FST will hear five cases challenging decisions of FBR today

ISLAMABAD: Federal Service Tribunal will hear five cases on Tuesday (today) challenging administrative measures taken by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

FST Chairman Justice (R) Sayed Zahid Hussain and Dr Nazir Saeed will hear three cases filed by Muhammad Sulaman Javed, Muhammad Nawaz, and Muhammad Shakeel Akhtar.

Muhammad Sulaman Javed had prayed to tribunal to ensure implementation over its already given decision, Muhammad Nawaz had challenged dismissal from services, and Muhammad Shakeel Akhtar had challenged removal from services.

Another bench of FST comprising  Members, Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi would hear only one case. This case has been filed by Ahmed Hussain.

Meanwhile, Members Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed would hear petition filed by Sher Afgan Ali. He has filed a review petition asking the tribunal on review the decision given on his ‘promotion’ case.
