Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed would hear cases filed by Waseem Iqbal, Anjum Waheed, Said Hussain Abbasi and Abdul Sattar.

Waseem Iqbal, Anjum Waheed, and Said Hussain Abbasi had filed complaints on ‘implementation’ while Abdul Sattar had submitted a complaint about ‘Withholding of three increments’.

Ishtiaq Ahmed and M Javed Iqbal Kasi will resume hearing of cases filed by Noor Muhammad, Muhammad Ishtiaque and Aurangzeb challenging reversion. They had filed their cases in 2016.

Another appellant had filed complaint about implementation by Syed Sultan Abbas. Same bench would hear the cases asking the tribunal to ensure implementation over its earlier announced decision which was not yet compiled by the board authorities.

On the last hearing, benches had directed the concerned counsels, appellants and defendants, to submit documents and brief on arguments before the tribunal before next hearing.
