FST will hear six cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear six cases carrying complaints submitted by the employees of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Monday (today).

The division benches of the FST comprised members, Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed, and Syed Muhammad Hamid and Javed Iqbal Kasi, would hear cases on the first day of the next week.

Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed will hear petitions of Akbar Ali Shad, Qaiser Khan and Muhammad Hamayon who had filed cases seeking ‘amendment of appeal’.

While Abida Aslam Rathor had filed ‘reversion’ and Asghar Khan had filed cases for ‘reduction in time scale’ of service. Meanwhile, other bench would take on hearing cases submitted by Ansar Majeed for ‘early hearing’.
