FST will hear 10 cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear around 10 cases involving the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Tuesday (today).

Two division benches of the FST; first comprising Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed and second M Arshad Bhatti and M Javed Iqbal Kasi would hear around 10 cases of differing nature.

The first bench would hear cases filed by Akbar Ali Shad, Qaiser Khan, Muhammad Asfandyar Janjua, Shafqat Mahmud, Khalid Mehmood and Muhammad Hamayon, who had submitted complaints on ‘seniority’ and promotion.

Another bench of the FST, comprising M Arshad Bhatti and M Javed Iqbal Kasi would hear case about ‘implementation’ filed by Sardar Ghayas, Muhammad Amir Farooq and Muhammad Amir Farooq.
