FSTdivision benches to hear 17 cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear 17 cases on Tuesday (today) filed against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for not granting ‘promotion’ and ‘seniority’ to employees at the department.

A division bench of the FST comprising members, Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi, will hear the cases regarding ‘promotion’ filed by appellants, Naimat Ullah,Tahir Aslam, Atta Muhammad, Abdul Ali and Amjad Ali.

Muhammad Sultan, another petitioner, had filed his compliant regarding ‘seniority’ matter which would also be heard by the same bench.

Another bench of the FST comprising Nazir Saeed and Ishtiaq Ahmed will hear cases of “special allowance’ filed by FBR employees Shafqat Rasool,M Naeem, Faizullah, Zafar Iqbal, Saleem Ismail, M Asif, Umer Khatab and others.
