LAHORE: The Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) has adjourned the hearing of a case filed by M/s Al- Tech Engineering and Manufacturers against Regional Tax Office-II (RTO-II) till the next date of hearing.

As per brief history of the case, FTO Consultant Tariq Yousaf heard the case of Mian Muhammad Saeed of M/s Al- Tech Engineering and Manufacturers. At the end, the company decided to approach the FTO seeking interference in this case. The counsel appealed the FTO advisor to direct the RTO-II to clear the refund claims.

On the other hand, counsel for RTO argued that the appellant M/s Al- Tech Engineering & Manufacturers may submitted all record in the office on which basis it is claiming for refunds.
