FTO Mushtaq Sukhera assures businessmen for resolution of their issues

LAHORE: Federal Tax Ombudsman Mushtaq Sukhera has said that complaints against Federal Board of Revenue will be addressed on priority basis and the traders and businessmen can appear before the FTO without their councils.

The FTO said this while addressing businessmen and traders of Lahore and Anjmne Tajran All Pakistan in Lahore the other day.  The traders briefed the FTO about their long standing issues concerning FBR and taxes.

The FTO Mushtaq Sukhera said that all the matters would be sorted out with in the 60 days from the date of filing of a complaint against any agency.

He said that traders are important part of the economy and their services for the nation building cannot be denied.

He said that the traders are allowed to appear personally before the FTO if they cannot afford a lawyer beside their issues will be solve on priority basis. On the other hand the traders assured the FOT of their fullest corporation to the FTO.

Traders including Waqar Mian, Wadood Alvi, Sohail Butt, Naeem Mir and others were present on the occasion.
