KARACHI: The Federal Tax Ombudsman has decided to upgrade its website, as the authorities want to make some changes to it.
Talking to Customs Today, Federal Tax Ombudsman IT Adviser Manzoor Hussain said that they were planning to launch a new website, as this website was very old and quite a time had passed since any amendment or changes were made to this website.
He also revealed that the FTO office had been receiving lot of complaints regarding its website for the past few months. He said that during a recently held meeting, it was decided by high-ups to launch a new website in place of the old one. He said that extra links would be made available on this new website. The new website will be available for customers soon after Eid holidays, he said.
