Fuel oil prices are flat in the Far East ports of Russia

Russia:According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for IFO-380 НS $407 pmt, IFO-180 НS – 418 pmt, MGO – $665 pmt.

Fuel oil prices are ranging between $405 and $420 pmt depending on product viscosity and availability.
