SIALKOT: Gujranwala Electric Power Company (Gepco) still remains unable to send all the three years old 6,000 cases of its chronic defaulters to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for the recovery of the outstanding arrears.
Gepco had given final deadline of September 30, 2015 to all the 6,000 chronic defaulters advising them to clear their arrears otherwise their cases would be sent to NAB, in this regard.
When contacted, the concerned Gepco officials said that the Gepco has contacted the NAB; however, the above-mentioned cases were not sent to NAB till now despite the passage of two months after the end of the final deadline in this matter.
