KARACHI: Transparency International Chairman Adil Gilani has submitted an application in the Supreme Court against allotment of 350 acres of land to the Karachi Port Trust.
Gilani has taken a stance that the Sindh government gave approval for allotment. The federal government owned the land so the provincial government does not hold the right to allot the land to anyone, he pleaded.
