LONDON: Gionee has launched its latest Smartphone S plus in the Indian market with price at INR 16,999. The Smartphone has designed in such a manner that it is suitable for Indians and the handset will be coming to sale in Indian market on first week of November. The USB type C port is the highlight of this handset at all times and the handset is available in three different colors in the market and they are: dark blue, golden color, and white.
The face unlock option is an added advantage of this handset and with the help of this option you are able to unlock phone at any time with face recognition. This option has become common in many android phones in the market and you can set this option by tapping settings in the mobile phone.
With regards to specifications of the handset it includes, dual SIM that runs on Android 5.1 lollipop version and it has 5.5 inches screen with gorilla glass for protection. The device is also operated with the help of octa-core MediaTek with 3GB RAM functionality. The handset has inbuilt 16 GB for storage and it has feature to expand it over 64GB.
