ISLAMABAD: Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has rejected allegation levelled by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan about sending $4m to his son in Dubai to avoid taxes.
Dar rejected the allegations in a written letter to Imran and termed the accusation false and baseless. He wrote that the amount was given to his sons as debt money whereas he also gifted some amount to his sons from legal income.
In his letter, he also assured that his sons have returned the amount through bank which caused an increase in the foreign exchange of the country.
