Citing Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Director General, Directorate of Valuation, Director Directorate of Valuation, Collector of Customs, Model Customs Collectorate Appraisement West as respondents, counsel pleaded with the court to declare that act of the respondents is illegal and mala fide.
