TOKYO: Bandai Namco has declared a release window for the upcoming Godzilla game. The title will be available for PlayStation 4 via retail and PlayStation 3 via PlayStation Store in summer.

Looking at the brief Gameplay footage above, the title seems more fitting for mobile platforms. However, it is guessed mobile devices won’t be able to handle all that destructible environments of the title.

In the game, players can play as both the new 2014 movie version and the classic Godzilla. The game will feature Super X 2, Super X III, Type 92 Maser tanks, MFS-3 and Super Mecha Godzilla.

There are a total of 20 missions in the game spread across three game modes Diorama Mode, Explore Mission Mode and King of Monsters Mode. Godzilla will power up by collecting G-Energy in each level. G-Energy can make users Godzilla rise up to 100 meters tall. Offensive and defensive capabilities will also increase with size, giving them an edge in battle.
