Gold price increases by Rs400 per tola

ISLAMABAD: The per tola price of 24-karat gold increased by Rs400 and was traded at Rs71,400 per tola on Tuesday, according to Karachi Sarafa Association.

Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold gained Rs343 and was traded at Rs61,214. The price of silver remained unchanged at Rs900 per tola while that of 10 grams of silver was recorded at Rs771.60.

According to the Rawalpindi-Islamabad Sarafa Association, the per tola price of 24-karat gold in the twin cities increased by Rs200 per tola and was traded at Rs 70,400 while that of 10 grams of gold was recorded at Rs60,335. In the international market, the price of gold increases by $05 and was traded at $1,302 against $1297.
