The counsel for suspects argued before the court that Customs Investigation and Prosecution wing registered a case of 1300 tola gold, and foreign currency smuggling on May 20, 2015. He argued that the case against his clients is baseless and he wants to prove that his clients are not guilty.

The Attorney argued on behalf of the customs that the trial court of customs had rejected the bail of all three suspects on November 3, 2015. The LHC should also reject the bail of suspect in smuggling case
