Google rolls out Android 5.1 Lollipop update for Moto G Google Play edition

NEW YORK: Google has rolled out the Android 5.1 update for Moto G Google Play edition, after the release of the update for select Nexus devices and Android One phones.

The update is now rolling out over-the-air and carries the build number LMY47M. 171MB in size, the update brings the same changes that were released for the Nexus devices like tweaked quick-settings panel, Device Protection feature, tweaks to interruptions, bug fixes as well as improved dual-SIM implementation.
