Punjab governor: Govt to resolve problems of business community

LAHORE: Delegation of Pakistan Industrial and Trade Association met Governor Panjab Rana Muhammad Iqbal and informed him about the problems faces by traders and businessmen in Punjab.

According to details Delegation of Pakistan Industrial and Trade Association headed by Chairman PIAF Irfan Iqbal Sheikh met to Governor Punjab Rana Muhammad Iqbal and discussed FBR SRO-608 and told him that it is a threat to traders and businessmen.

On the occasion Patron in chief Mian Anjum Nisar said that government take in confidence to all traders while taking any decision regarding trade. The problems of traders resolved on priority bases, Anjum Nisar said.

He said according to FBR 3 lakh people paying taxes form 33 lakh. FBR needed to increase tax net and do not disturb taxpayers.

Governor Punjab said without business community country cannot progress. Government is keen to resolve problems of business community.
