LAHORE: SRO culture and discretionary powers of government functionaries are

the biggest threat to the economic well-being of the country and once
these two evils are done away with, the country would be flourishing
like developed economies.
These views were stated by Chaudhry Muhammad Aslam, Chairman KTK Group
of companies while exclusively talking to Customs Today.

would have to stop granting discretionary powers to the government
functionaries. I am speaking with full authority that there is no
dearth of talent in Pakistan and it is one of the few places in the
world that offer huge dividend to any investment opportunities,”
