Govt fully cognizant to provide essential items at affordable prices: Tarin

ISLAMABAD:  Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin says the government is fully cognizant of its responsibility regarding provision of essential items at affordable prices across the board.

Presiding over the meeting of the National Price Monitoring Committee in Islamabad, he said the government will import up to 4 million metric tons of wheat from next month to build a strategic reserve.
