Govt to reappoint Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti as chairman Customs Appellate Tribunal

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Justice and Law is likely reappoint Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti as chairman of the tribunal after his nearly ending tenure of the office.

According to sources privy to the development, the incumbent chairman of the Customs Appellate Tribunal, Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti, was likely to be appointed again as the tribunal’s chairman. His tenure would come to an end on April 8, 2016.
