ISLAMABAD: The federal government has issued Rs118.38 million for various developmental projects under the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) 2015-16 as against the total allocation Rs790.88 million for the current financial year.
According to the latest data released by the Planning Commission of Pakistan Rs28.25 million has been released for Sialkot Business and Commerce Centre (SBCC) against the total allocation of Rs241.27 million.
The government has released Rs.12 million for Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development Company to enhance exports of these products against the total allocation of Rs.60 million.
Under the PSDP 2015-16, government has released Rs10 million for Water Supply Scheme for water supply projects in Balochistan Province to provide clean drinking water as the government has allocated Rs50 million.
Under the developmental program, government has also released Rs10 million for the project of Peshawar Light Engineering Centre (PLEC) against the total allocation of Rs50 million.
The government has released Rs. 10 million for the project of Hyderabad Engineering Support Centre (HESC) against the total allocation of Rs50 million.
According the data government has released Rs8.450 million for Establishment of Infrastructure in Quetta Industrial and Trading Estate Phase-ll against the total allocation of Rs42.25 million.
