They appealed to the Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and the Federal Interior Minister Ch. Nisar Ali Khan to ensure that government provides funds on urgent basis for the construction of lawyers’ chambers in G-10 near Judicial Complex West. They said lack of funds was the main reason due to which courts from F-8 could not be shifted. They said Judicial Complex West in G-10, where presently Islamabad High Court (IHC) exists, was built for district courts and demanded that the under construction building of IHC at Shahra-e-Dastoor may be completed soon so that district courts could be shifted from F-8 to Judicial Complex West.

They said that a plot was allocated in G-11 for construction of Judicial Complex East, but the same plot was not provided as yet. They said files of Judicial Complex East, Lawyers Chambers and Judicial Colony were lying pending in the Prime Minister Office since July 2014 for approval and demanded that Prime Minister should accord approval of these files along with allocation of funds so that construction of these projects could get started.
