Addressing executive committee, President RCCI Malik Shahid Saleem, said that government must show flexibility here and address the concerns of the traders on sales tax regime.

We have been pointing it out that there were anomalies in Federal Budget and that requires correction. The business community is under tremendous pressure due to such anomalies and also because of economic downturn. RCCI urges the government to sit with the stake holders and resolve all such issues. We hope necessary action will be taken to diffuse the situation.

RCCI will keep raising the issues confronting the business community. He expressed hope that FBR will immediate initiate a dialogue with key stakeholders and address their concerns.
