BREVARD COUNTY: Nancy Peltonen has been named the new president & CEO of the Greater Palm Bay (GPB) Chamber of Commerce. She replaces Victoria Northrup who left the chamber in July and is now CEO of Aloha Financial Services based in Melbourne.
Peltonen will start in her new position September 14 after serving as Serene Harbor’s director of marketing and fundraising for 14 years. Peltonen is a volunteer for the Maxwell C. King Center and the Zonta Club of Melbourne. She is also a past president of the American Business Women’s Association/Space Coast Women’s Express Network.
