The sources said that the drug was estimated at Rs 7 million. The customs authorities have registered a case against the person mentioned on the parcel.

A source informed that this is a valuable drug as it is rarely available worldwide and normally well-to-do people use it paying huge sum of money.

The drug is worldwide banned and thus it is illegal to import and export thus people often try to get their drugs cleared in such ways.

The customs team that seized and initiated the case included assistant collector Asim Awan, superintendent Customs Amjad Ch, Inspector Shahnawaz Langriya  and Manzar Muzafar Bhati.

The parcel was sent from Norway to a resident of Faysal Town. The customs authorities registering a case have started further investigation besides constituting a team to arrest the wrongdoers.
