LONDON: According to updated information of the State enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority”, since the beginning of the year and by September 29, 2015 the volume of grain handling in the seaports of Ukraine had increased by 13.8% to 25.8 MMT compared to 22.7 MMT during the same period last year. The volume of export shipments of grain during the period showed an increase by 15.1% to 25.4 MMT compared to 22.0 MMT last year.
At the beginning of 2015 the volume of vegetable oils handling in sea ports decreased by 15.9% to 2.671 MMT compared with 3.176 MMT last year.
