Greece Customs seizes over 300kg of heroin at port of Patras

ATHENS: Greece’s Customs seized more than 300 Kgs of heroin hidden in two trucks at the port of Patras, Greece, which were about to board a ship to Italy, adding that the Customs police operation is still underway.

Greece Customs Police have arrested the two truck drivers, who are Slovak nationals, while authorities from Athens and Patras are continuing their joint operation to dismantle the organized drug trafficking ring believed to be directing drugs to Greece and other European countries.
