Gwadar Customs recovers 18,000 liters smuggled Iranian diesel

KARACHI: The Gwadar Customs authorities have recovered 18,000 liters of smuggled Iranian diesel during a crackdown and arrested the driver of the vehicle. Sources informed Customs Today that a Customs teams intercepted a truck near Jewani area and recovered 18,000 liters of Iranian diesel.

Sources said that the diesel was being transported for different petrol pumps while the market value of the seized Iranian diesel is Rs 1 million. Sources said that the market value of oil tanker is Rs 5 million in which the smuggle diesel was loaded.
