HONG KONG: One of the highly expected games of 2015, Tekken 7 has received yet another character, and this time Shaheen is from Saudi Arabia and is a new character for Tekken 7.
Harada made this revelation via his personal twitter profile as a gift for the New Year.
No details have been provided on the fighting style of Shaheen just yet, but an image showcasing this warrior has been revealed which you can check out below.
Previously, it was brought to light that Harada is considering to add an arab character in Tekken 7, but he needed some feedback from the fans. Now, it seems that fans were indeed asking for a new character from the middle-east.
Tekken 7 will be the first game in the franchise to utilize the power of Unreal Engine 4, as we will get improved visuals and gameplay.
The game will land on Japanese arcades in March of 2015, while Xbox One and PlayStation 4 release date hasn’t been revealed yet.
We hope to find out more about this new character as we draw near to the game’s release in a few months.
