BAGHDAD: Hariri Construction and Contracting Company (HARCO) had invested $80 milllion in Iraq’s ‘Luluat Al Amarah’ (Pearl of Amarah) project in 2014.
It involves the construction of a five-star 16-storey hotel with 192 rooms, a 400-shop mall, a 25-level building for 400 offices, a multi-storey car par, a cinema, chalets and other facilities.
Officials said the project would be executed on a 50-year investment basis and would have an area of 11 dunums (27,500 square metres).
