ISLAMABAD: A Tax Reform Implementation Committee (TRIC) meeting was held on Saturday in FBR Headquarter.
Special Assistant to PM on Revenue Senator Haroon Akhtar Khan chaired the meeting while Federal Board of Revenue Chairman Dr Muhammad Irshad and other senior officials of the Board were also present on the occasion.
The participants of the meeting discussed the tax matters of outgoing and upcoming fiscal years. The challenges being faced by the FBR officials to meeting the revenue collection target of current financial years were also discussed during the meeting.
