Third Chief Commissioners conference will be held on December 6

ISLAMABAD: The third Chief Commissioners conference will be held on December 6, 2017 at the FBR headquarters. Special Advisor to Prime Minister on Revenue Haroon Akhtar and Chairman Federal Board of Revenue Tariq Pasha will preside over the conference while all chief commissioners of the Large Taxpayers Units (LTU), Corporate Regional Tax offices and Regional Tax Offices will participate in it.

According to the FBR sources, Chief Operation Inland Revenue (FBR) Aftab Alam has directed and conveyed that the Chief Commissioners conference for FY 2017-18 is scheduled to be held at 10:am to review the performance of the field formations in respect of the months of October and November of FY 2017-18 and discuss the strategy for achieving  the second quarter budget during December 2017 while a short presentation will be given by the chief commissioners.

The presentation may have upto five slides, with the first two slides on the performance during October and November 2017and the last three slides on the strategy for achieving 2nd quarter budget during December 2017, of the respective Large Tax Payers Units, Regional Tax Offices and corporate Regional Tax Offices.

Member Operation Inland Revenue Khawaja Tanvir Ahmed, Member Tax Payers Audit Rehmat Ullah Khan Wazir, Member Policy Inland Revenue Dr. Muhammad Iqbal, Member FATE  Nuasheen Amjad, Member Administration Tasneem Rehman, Director General Intelligence and Investigation Inland Revenue Shaad Muhammad Khan will also attend the meeting.
