Hazara Customs Station records Rs110m takings during two months of FY2017-18

PESHAWAR: The Hazara Customs Station has collected Rs361.82million revenue in two months of current Financial Year 2017-18 which is more than Rs251.88million generated during July and August of previous Financial Year 2016-17, said by Collector Customs Gul Rahman on Friday at the Customs House Peshawar. So the total growth attained during the two months of the current FY2017-18 is Rs110million.

The Hazara Customs Station generated an amount of Rs112.06million revenue during these two months in which it did Rs9.36million revenue by auctioning off miscellaneous goods and earned Rs0.56million of RD from July to August of the current Financial Year.

The Hazara Customs received Rs2.69million as ST on goods and did Rs167.30million of ST on VM palm oil during a two-month period of current Financial Year 2017-18. The Hazara Customs Station collected an amount of Rs67.48million as AIT during the said two months of August 2017-18.

The Hazara Customs generated Rs12.29million as Federal Excise Duty during the two months of July and August of current Financial Year.
