HBL acquires Barclays banking business in Pakistan

LAHORE: Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has announced to acquire Barclays banking business in Pakistan.

This acquisition was approved by the State Bank of Pakistan and from 15th June 2015 the Pakistan business of Barclays Bank PLC has been amalgamated with and into HBL.
