HYDERABAD: The management of Hyderabad Electric Supply Company Friday disconnected power connections of 2,500 offices of various government departments for recovering outstanding dues of around Rs 32.510 billion against these government departments.
According to spokesman, the Hesco teams started the operation of disconnecting the power connections of the offices of the departments of Irrigation, SIDA, SCARP, Municipal Corporations, Board of Revenue, Taluka Municipal Administration, Forest, Auqaf, Sindh Building Control Authority and WASA.
