HONG KONG: Hong Kong stocks rallied 0.90 percent Friday morning after Russia and European leaders hammered out a Ukraine ceasefire deal, while traders were hopeful Greece would forge a new debt agreement with its creditors.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 219.26 points to 24,641.41 by the break on turnover of HK$36.42 billion ($4.70 billion).
