HRM official of RTO Faisalabad forging employees’ particulars: Sources

FAISALABAD: To benefit the near and here ones, an employee of Federal Board of Revenue Regional Tax office’s Human Resource Management, Muhammad Zahid Jutt allegedly forging the particulars of various employees.

Sources claimed that recently, a case has been seen where the date of birth has been changed mala-fide by a Head Mali, Muhammad Aslam Jutt, Daftri.

They added that the official applied in the department through his application along with his manual (old) Identity Card No. 244-57-655762 on which the date of birth of the said official was 1957, which has been replaced with the new CNIC No. 33100-5825188-3 with the changed date of birth March 04, 1962. He also dislocated his Medical Certificate issued by the DHQ Hospital, Faisalabad and a forged photocopy has been placed on the personal file. As per Salary Slips issued by the District Accounts Office, Faisalabad, his date of birth was also 16.12.1957 which has been recently changed without any legal process as March 04, 1962.

Official also demanded stern action against the accused, adding that department should refer the case to Federal Investigation Agency for further investigation.

As per Rule 12-A of the ESTACODE, Alteration in the date of birth.–The date of birth once recorded at the time of joining government service shall be final and thereafter no alteration in the date of birth of a civil servant shall be permissible.

on the other hand, when contacted to accused person Muhammad Zahid Jutt, he did not comment over the issue and not counter the allegations.
