DUBAI: HTC has launched its Desire series, midrange smartphones aimed at all customer segments, to the United Arab Emirates. The new range of Desire phones includes the Desire 820, the Desire 816G, the Desire 620G, and the Desire 320.
The highlights of HTC’s Desire line-up include Dual-SIM support, bold designs, premium imaging capabilities, HTC BoomSound and HD displays. The HTC Desire 820 is available in gloss white with light grey trim, matte grey with light grey trim, and gloss white with blue trim across all retailers in the UAE, for AED 1,499.
The HTC Desire 816G comes with HTC’s iconic dual-frontal speakers and HTC BoomSound, as well as HTC BlinkFeed, a 5.5 inch screen, a 13MP rear-facing camera with HTC Zoe and automatic highlights videos, and a 5MP front-facing camera. The HTC Desire 816G Dual-SIM is available in gloss white and gloss grey across all retailers in the UAE, for AED 1,099. The Desire 620G offers a 5 inch HD screen as the HTC Desire 620, but with the added flexibility of dual-SIM support. In order to support the dual-SIM functionality, the Desire 620G is powered by a 1.7GHz Octa-Core processor and features Android 4.4 and 3G connectivity with support for HTC BlinkFeed, video highlights and lock screen functionality. The HTC Desire 620G is available in gloss white with light grey trim and gloss white with blue trim across all retailers in the UAE, for AED 899. The HTC Desire 320 is powered by a quad-core processor. The HTC Desire 320 is available in grey across all retailers in the UAE, for AED 599.
