HTC’s J Butterfly 3 to appeal fans

TOKYO: HTC’s J Butterfly 3 will be the best smartphone. The device brings together elements of the HTC One range with aspects of the Desire Eye in one state-of-the-art package.

The J Butterfly 3 features a 5.2-inch Super LCD3 display with a QHD resolution of 2650 x 1440 pixels, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chip and 3GB of RAM.

It borrows the best design features from the Desire Eye, including its waterproof body and 13-megapixel front-facing camera, while a 20-megapixel Duo Camera resides on the rear.

The handset runs a combination of Android Lollipop and the Sense 7 user interface, and includes 32GB of internal storage and microSD support.

This is the second Asia-only handset from HTC that trumps the One M9 on paper, with the HTC One M9+ launching in China last month.
