Huge revenue can be generated thru gemstone business: PGMA

SKARDU: A huge revenue can be generated through gemstone business if the government supports the stakeholders.

This was stated by Pakistan Gemstone and Minerals Association (PGMA) Gilgit Baltistan Chairman Muhammad Ali while talking to the state-owned news agency, APP. He said that most of the countries like Bangkok, Malaysia, Singapore did not impose any tax on the trade of gemstones and they are providing facilities of training of the traders also free of cost.
