HugoBank achieves pilot approval from SBP

KARACHI: HugoBank on Wednesday announced that it had received approval from the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) to initiate pilot operations.

The pilot approval allows HugoBank to test its products, systems, and operational readiness under real world conditions with a limited customer base. The bank can now work to ensure the highest standards of security, compliance, and user experience before a full public launch, according to a press release issued here on Wednesday.
