ISLAMABAD: Chief Executive Officer, Sharif Family’s business, Haroon Pasha Thursday said Hussain Nawaz being a non-resident was not required to file tax return on dividend got through shares in Chaudhry Sugar Mills.
He said despite the fact that Hussain Nawaz was a share holder in Chaudhry Sugar Mills, he
was not bound to file tax returns as he was not a resident of Pakistan.
He said about two years back, the tax declared by the sugar mill on dividend was less than Rs 10,000.
