Hyderabad customs releases goods after receiving evaded tax  worth Rs 3.22m

HYDERABAD: Customs Collect orate has released seized consignment of foreign origin cigarettes, Rani Juice and shampoo along with Hino truck, LEDs, DVDs after receiving the livable duty taxes amounting to Rs 3.22 million during the month of January 2016.

Sources said that Rs 16,65,400  were collected as taxes from smuggled goods and Rs 15,64,136 were collected under the head of duty from Hino truck.
