HYDERABAD: Customs Collect orate has released seized consignment of foreign origin cigarettes, Rani Juice and shampoo along with Hino truck, LEDs, DVDs after receiving the livable duty taxes amounting to Rs 3.22 million during the month of January 2016.
Sources said that Rs 16,65,400 were collected as taxes from smuggled goods and Rs 15,64,136 were collected under the head of duty from Hino truck.
All the items were seized by customs team which conducted various operations under the supervision Assistant Collector Shahid Iqbal, Deputy Superintendent Sanaullah Sahrwardi , Saleem Channa Inspector, Saleem Ajmeri, Inspector Allouddin Qaimkhani, Hawaldar Hussain State warehouse Hyderabad.
