HYDERABAD: Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Sukkur Region has impounded two non-custom-paid Toyota Vitz cars worth Rs2.6 million.
Sources said that after assuming the charge, Director I&I Hyderabad Saleem Memon, who is also a well repured and competent office directed Additional Director Jamshed Talpur to keep strict vigilance on the transport routes to check movement of smuggled goods and vehicles from Baluchistan to upcountry.
Moreover, the ASO staff enhanced the intelligence network that has enables efficient and effective campaign against movement of smuggled goods.
In pursuance of information, ASO of I&I Sukkur intercepted to Toyota Vitz cars, the drivers of the vehicle failed to provide any relevant legal documents.
