WASHINGTON: Cherry pickers rental company Lavendon Group has announced a strong rise in revenues for the first six months of the year.
In a trading update, the Lutterworth business said the board was confident of delivering its expectations for the full year after revenue for six months rose by 11 per cent, with rental revenues up 9 per cent. It also said its overseas businesses positioned it well for life post-Brexit.
The company said UK rental revenues – which account for 44 per cent of total turnover – were up 7 per cent year-on-year and Middle East rental revenues grew 22 per cent.
