ISLAMABAD: A delegation of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) F-8 Courts Shifting Committee led by Senior Vice President Khalid Chaudhry called on ICT Chief Commissioner Zulfiqar Haider in his office and apprised him of the problems being faced by the residents and business community of F-8 Sector due to the presence of district court in F-8 Markaz.
Khalid Chaudhry said that F-8 Markaz is one of the major business centers of Islamabad, but presence of district courts and ICT offices in it was creating lot of problems for the residents of the area including lot of traffic rush, lack of parking facility and security issues. He said that crimes rate and car theft incidents were on the rise in the area and due to lack of transport facility, people of far flung areas were also finding it difficult to reach courts easily.
He said district court in F-8 Markaz was also creating law and order problems in this important business center and already three incidents including suicide attack have occurred in Kuchehri in which many precious lives were lost. He said the residents of the areas including the Honorable Judges and lawyers were also feeling insure. Zulfqar Haider assured to resolve problems faced by the business community.
